Spira Care combines care and coverage to simplify your employees’ healthcare experience. This comprehensive, advanced primary care includes health plans by Blue KC that cut costs, confusion, copays^*, and deductibles at our Care Center.

^*For Spira Care members, there are no additional costs for any procedure provided at Spira Care Centers. For Spira Care (HSA Eligible) members (described below), non-preventive services have an affordable charge. A limited number of select generic prescriptions will be offered on-site at your regular copay or deductible level.

^*X-rays are available at select locations only, must be ordered by a Spira Care provider and are at no additional cost to members.

Spira Care (HSA eligible)

Because many people count on a Health Savings Account (HSA), Blue KC offers HSA-eligible plans with exclusive access to Spira Care. This simple, predictable option provides affordable, convenient Care Center appointments paired with a Health Savings Account. There is a small charge for Spira Care office appointments. Once you meet your deductible, any future services at a Spira Care Center carry no additional cost.
