Need help finding an in-network specialist?
At Spira Care, we can help you find a specialist or provider in your plan’s network—let us do the work for you. While referrals aren’t needed for visiting a provider outside of a Spira Care Center, we recommend working with your Care Guide to find a specialist for your need. They can quickly give you estimated procedure costs so you can make the choice that’s best for you and your wallet. Care Guides are here to help with any care needs in your plan’s network—and to be your advocate.
Remember to bring your Blue KC member ID card to every appointment. It has all the information we need to file a claim on your behalf.
Free aids and services for those with disabilities and whose primary language is not English
Spira Care provides qualified sign language interpreters and information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, etc.). We also provide interpreters and other services to people whose primary language is not English. To take advantage of these services, call Customer Service at 877-337-7472. All these services are provided free of charge.
