Just call 913-29-SPIRA (77472) to schedule your appointment. Our Care Centers offer appointments Monday through Friday and a limited number of evening and weekend appointments at most Care Centers.

Appointment availability varies based on demand and capacity at each Care Center location on a given day. Hours of operation are subject to change.
Routine labs and X-rays taken at a Spira Care Center are done based on a primary care need and ordered from a Spira Care provider only. Digital X-rays are available at all Spira Care locations except Lee’s Summit and Liberty. We do not accept or facilitate orders from outside providers.
How to prepare for your appointment
All you need to bring to your appointment is your Blue KC member ID card and government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or state-issued ID card or passport.
