During this temporary change, our Care Guides will work with members who typically receive care at this location to schedule appointments at another Care Center.
Practice Good Hygiene
Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Avoid touching your eyes, face and mouth.
Maintain social distance
Avoid close contact with people who are sick, even inside your home. Outside your home, stay at least 6 feet from other people.
Cover your mouth and nose
The CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
